These terms govern your use of the AI Dribblers website and, where no separate signed agreement exists, our services. By using this site you accept them.
01Use of this website
You may browse and share this site freely for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, disrupt its availability, or scrape it in a way that degrades service for others.
02Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, design, code samples, logos and imagery — belongs to AI Dribblers Private Limited or its licensors, except where credited. Client work is shown with permission or anonymised.
03Services and agreements
Engineering services are delivered under a separate written agreement setting out scope, timeline, fees and deliverables. Where those terms conflict with this page, the signed agreement takes precedence.
04Quotes and estimates
Prices shown on this website are indicative and given in good faith. A binding price is only the one stated in a signed proposal following a scoping conversation.
05Client responsibilities
Timely feedback, access to required systems and a nominated decision-maker are needed for us to deliver on schedule. Delays in these areas may shift agreed timelines.
06Warranties and liability
We warrant that services are performed with reasonable skill and care in line with industry practice. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.
07Confidentiality
Both parties keep the other's confidential information private and use it only for the purposes of the engagement. This survives the end of the engagement.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, unless a signed agreement specifies another jurisdiction.
